Litter Excercise #1
Every now and then an idea arrives that seems futile but pehaps fun, normally someone comes up with a good excuse not to do it but this time we couldn't think of one. Thanks to the wisdom and imagination of Groundpounder Policy & Proceedure Officer, Mike Shafer, 8 hardy groundpounders and 1 lazy NZder found themselves at the top of a steep trail (Dry Mills) with their shiny new litter and 90Kg (200 pounds) of Salt and a will to go down and up in aid of testing litter technique.
Well, looking back it was fun and with a couple of attempts we refined some great techniques for down and up. Coming next month: "Moving a Litter across a slope".
